In the 30+ years of my Real Estate career, I have been counseling Investors with the Purchase and Management of their Real Estate properties. I assist them with rent values, locations and neighborhoods, cash flow and capital improvements and ultimately the modeling of the property for a successful investment return. I have worked with all aspects of Residential Investment Properties, from Single Family, Townhouse/Condominium and Multi-Family, both in the acquisition and management, as well as the liquidation and disposal of the properties. I have lived in the Phoenix area my entire life. I have been married to my wife for 10 years and we have three beautiful little girls. I have worked in real estate in some capacity for 13 years now, as an Appraiser, Bank Property Inspector, and now a Realtor. At the age 14 years old, My family made the move to the Valley of the Sun where I now proudly live in the Southeast Valley with my husband, 3 daughters and 2 rescue dogs! I enjoy spending time exploring all the beautiful areas of Arizona with my family. I find a unique vibe in every community I have visited and feel Arizona has so much to offer! In 2008, I ventured off and followed my Father-in-Law's footsteps in real estate. My dedication to clients needs derives from my experience in both office and property management. I find inspiration from little things, such as, walking into new construction builds to seeing what captured the attention of my clients while out searching for homes.
